Shipping Policy

Yay! If you’re reading this, then you’ve either a) already ordered a kit from us and wondering where it is or b) thinking about ordering a kit from us.

FREE SHIPPING

To celebrate our grand opening, all orders with a post-discount total over $100 (inclusive) and under 5kg qualify for free worldwide shipping. This offer excludes special offer items.  The free shipping covers over 40 major countries and regions across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. If your area is not within our shipping range, the system will prompt you that the order cannot be placed during checkout.

Duties and taxes for the order are calculated separately and are not included in the order total for free shipping eligibility. Coupon codes need to be activated to take effect; if not activated, the shopping cart will calculate based on the original order price.

Please note: Brazil, South Africa, Cyprus, Ghana, Uganda, Egypt, Morocco, Azerbaijan, and certain remote areas in Australia are not eligible for free shipping. To check if your address qualifies for free shipping, please enter your shipping address at checkout — the system will automatically display whether free shipping applies.

For retail orders that meet the free shipping amount but exceed 5kg, please split the order to place it. If the split orders meet the free shipping conditions, the system will automatically apply free shipping; if they do not meet the conditions, shipping fees will be charged according to the Standard Shipping rates.

Currently, the wholesale section service has not been launched on the website. For wholesale orders over 5kg, please contact us via email to place your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When ordering a kit from us, please allow 1-5 working days for us to fulfil your order. Usually it will only take us 1-2 days to fulfill your order, but when there is higher demand, it can take longer for our small team.

Please keep in mind that we are a small business, and once we fulfil our orders and pass them on to the shipping provider, we are not responsible for any shipping delays. We will always be happy to help with delays and chase up the shipping provider, but we are not at fault for late orders.

SHIPPING TIME

We use Standard Shipping for all orders by default, it takes between 8-15 working days. At this time, other shipping method is not available. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING COST

HolaKits adopts a weight-based linear charge model. The shipping costs shown on the checkout page are standard shipping costs for major cities in each country, excluding remote areas. If you have any questions about the shipping costs in your area, please contact us by email, and we will help you.

Since international shipping rates vary frequently depending on the cost of fuel and other factors, we will also regularly increase or decrease our shipping rates based on the logistics quotation sheets of transportation suppliers. This is relatively fair to both you and us, and we hope you can support us.

MADE-TO-ORDERS

If you’ve purchased a made-to-order item, your full order will be fulfilled when the made-to-order item is finished. We will not split your order, meaning that any in-stock items you have ordered will be shipped together when the made-to-order item is finished. If you’d like to get in-stock items sooner, we highly recommend placing a separate order so that you can receive them quicker.

For the made-to-order product, please allow 1-2 weeks after payment confirmation for shipment. Please check each product page for the expected delivery window.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER FOR DUTIES AND TAXES

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. This only applies to some countries and is dependent on the laws of the country you live in.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as we only charge for the transportation fee for your order.

HolaKits does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order , the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to us, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to HolaKits.
